We hope that you are totally happy with your gift or purchase from Found & Made. If you find that it was not what you are looking for, we are happy to issue an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of the vintage items they may have signs of age or use from the many years of history and community. We think that adds character and beauty to the piece, as we hope you do too. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

Shipping
We ship domestically within the US with FedEx Ground and USPS Ground for all orders and offer USPS 2 day and Fedex Saver 3day for expedited shipping.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
All express orders placed by 11am will be processed the same day.
Please get in touch with us for special requests or international shipping. All orders are insured and packaged with utmost care.
If the item was received damaged, please contact us directly within 48 hours in order to process a claim at joy@thefoundandmade.com and we will refund your purchase. Due to the delicate nature of our goods. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of the receipt.
Please make sure your item(s) are insured when shipping back. Please note shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. This excludes all custom orders or furniture items.
